If an item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return in accordance with the terms outlined below.
1. Return Conditions

A return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and protective elements still attached.

Trying on an item is permitted; wearing or using it is not.

Multiple orders of the same item with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted.

We strongly recommend keeping the original packaging and taking photos of the item upon delivery in case of any disputes.
2. Return Process
All return requests must be submitted by email to:

Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address for our international logistics center.

All return shipping costs, including shipping fees and any applicable customs duties, are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method.

Returns without tracking information cannot be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method.
If an item shows signs of wear, damage, or does not meet the return conditions, the refund may be partially reduced or refused.
Clara Monroe reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of abuse or non-compliance with this policy.

Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, responsibility cannot be assumed.
